Returns & Exchanges

Although we want you to be obsessed with your order, we are here to help if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason. We offer returns for store credit and exchanges within 14 days from your orders delivery date. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Exceptions:

  • Returned items must still have tags on if applicable and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must be unaltered, with no visible signs of wear or use
  • Sale & custom items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Return/Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a contact us form including your order number, email address, products you wish to return/exchange and reason for return.

Once we have reviewed your request you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and shipping label for the return process.

Processing/Store Credit:

We will inform you once the returned order is received and inspected. You will then receive details regarding store credit or the expected delivery of your exchanged item. Store credit will not expire. 

Damages:

Please inspect your items upon receiving your order for any damages, defects, or incorrect items were received. Contact us immediately to address any problems with your order.
